In 2002, Paul created the sculptural piece ‘Into tomorrow’.
Paul sees ‘Into Tomorrow’ as a maquette for a public sculpture in a large open space. He imagines people sitting at the feet of the two figures, or entering a building through their joined arms.
In 2014 a group of people came together to make this dream a reality. The result is a public sculpture and upgrading of the historic ‘Riebeeck Square’ on bustling Bree Street, corner of Shortmarket street, Cape Town.
